If there is no sound during gameplay, you need to check both your device and game settings.

[Checking Device Volume]

Go to the settings of your device - Sound/Sound settings.
Check if the volume is enabled.

[Checking ROM Sound Settings]

On the game screen, go to the top right menu → Settings (Gear icon) → Environment → Sound.
Default volume - Enable all.
