Completely quit the game and reconnect to check the [Inventory]
Please attempt to receive the item using the Kakao account and character used for the purchase.
If the item is still not delivered even after using the [Purchase Recovery] button, please leave an in-game 1:1 inquiry at the following path:

Game screen upper right corner menu → Settings (Gear icon) → Information → Right [Customer Center]
Select [1:1 Inquiry] in the customer center on the website
Select the inquiry type (Payment Error/Purchase Cancellation)
Fill out the form according to the format and submit the 1:1 inquiry.
