If you haven't received items purchased through your store, we recommend trying the 'Purchase Recovery' button through the following path:

1. Tap [Shop] → [Storage] → [Purchase Recovery]
2. Completely exit the game, reconnect, and check [Shop] → [Storage]
[Mobile Purchase Recovery Method]
1. Try recovery by Taping [Shop] → [Storage] → [Restore purchase]
2. Completely exit the game, reconnect, and check [Storage]
* Must be attempted on the character associated with the Google/Apple account used for purchase.
If items are still not delivered after using the 'Purchase Recovery' button, please submit a 1:1 inquiry through the following path:

1. Game screen upper right Menu → Settings (gear) → Information → Select [Customer Service] on right
2. Select [1:1 Inquiry] in Customer Service homepage
3. Select inquiry type (Payment Error/Purchase Cancellation)
4. Submit 1:1 inquiry following the form
